How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–3 business days of processing (processing takes 1–3 business days). Most customers receive their order within a week of purchase. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — worldwide shipping is available at checkout (8–14 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout.

Is the wood food-safe?

Absolutely. All our pieces are crafted from natural, food-safe hardwoods with no plastic coatings or synthetic finishes.

How do I care for my wooden pieces?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Never soak wooden pieces or put them in the dishwasher. Every month or so, rub in a little food-safe mineral oil to keep the grain rich and protected. (Ceramic bowls from our sets are dishwasher safe.)

Why does my piece look different from the photos?

That's the point. Natural wood grain means every single piece is unique — the swirls and patterns in your mortar or board exist nowhere else on earth.

Is your wood sustainably sourced?

Yes. We use acacia and olive wood — both fast-regenerating, responsibly harvested hardwoods — precisely because beautiful things shouldn't cost the earth.
